1. What does FAQ mean?

FAQ stands for “Frequently Asked Questions.” As people generally understand the term, it refers to a collection of questions, with answers, such as you see here.

2. How many different sources are used as a basis for Business Communication Headline News?

Literally thousands of English-written sources. This includes almost every newspaper, magazine, and journal published throughout the world, every website and blog, and most newsgroups.

3. How are the headlines acquired?

We use several different types of highly sophisticated software programs to cull the headlines and syndicate those that would be of most interest to our audience of business communication instructors.

4. How do I send a post to a friend?

If you see a headline and summary you’d like to share with a friend, simply click “E-mail this” underneath the post, and fill in the information that’s requested.

5. What are the little icons at the bottom of each post?

These icons represent different social bookmarking sites. To check out each site, put your cursor over the icon, and you’ll see the name of the site on the page, in the URL, or both. Put the site’s name in your favorite search engine, such as Google, and you’ll find the site’s homepage where you can find out more information about the services the site offers.
