Learn about a Communication Method That Promotes Problem Solving

What the heck is "responsive listening?" Essentially, it’s a method of communication that facilitates problem solving by using opening acknowledgments, non-responsive listening, confirmation responses, and feedback to help build understanding between the speaker and listener.
